Worked back there with Chef. On my first day, he asked me if I'd ever heard of Gordon Ramsay, then was told to go watch him. Once I told Chef I knew who Ramsay was, he immediately started screaming at me. Daily. To the point I quit. Food does not taste better if you're belittling those who help you serve it.
